Biographic/ Background: Minaka tends to be easily convinced. Yet to hide this trait of hers, she's very closed and tends to keep to herself. Minaka is an only child to a family who came from a third-world country and moved to japan to have a better life. Although Minaka is always in casual clothing's she tends to wear a full suit and a cloak that she uses to cover her head when she's having an anxiety attack

When She was 5 and received her quirk she killed her family from shock and pure pleasure, She was left a plot of land in the far reach of her village and few up there. Since many people didn't know how she looked anymore she changed her name to Flora. She opens a bakery where she used her quirk to help her thrive.

Quirk: Minaka has the ability to speed up the growth of plants. This includes weeds and any other plant-based organism. Minaka's quirk does come with its drawbacks if used for a long period of time. Once she overuses her quirk her body becomes weak. This can cause her to lose the ability to walk or even talk, In very strong and rare cases, She loses the ability of one of the five senses Sight (Vision), Hearing (Auditory), Smell (Olfactory), Taste (Gustatory), Touch (Tactile).

Occupation: Minaka owns a bakery which she works on learning to push her quirk more, The bakery allows one free pastry every day.

Personality: Athena grew up surround by women all her life, Alongside her was her trusty pet. Athena found men to be useless and just a waste of time. But that didn't stop her from wanting to know what's it like to be around one. She would sneak away to the mako pool(why not.), this was a secret forbidding area on her island that could connect her to the other parts of the godly worlds, she would then spy on people through the waters.

With her tiger ability, she obtains the speed and somewhat camouflage of a tiger. Her Camafloage only works well in the winter or at night. Her white hair is placed in a ponytail with the ends dying off with black.

Backstory: 

Tigi has been one of Scarlet's most treasured items, The Kwamis is passed from generation to generation. Unlike many other holders, The white family was ok to let others know the identity as long as they plan to join the family by marriage. Scarlet has been training and preparing to obtain Tigi since she was little. She became the youngest hero in Asia at the age of 10. When a threat rises in china to take away Tigi and kill the white family. They send her away to "study abroad"
